At SIZA Gloves, we are committed to manufacturing various work gloves of the highest quality. We stand behind our products and want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below.

 

Warranty Information

 

1. What does the warranty cover?

We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective due to our manufacturing process, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace the product, or issue a refund.

 

2. What is the warranty period?

The standard warranty period for our working gloves is 12 months from the date of shipment. For specific high-performance or metal mesh models, a different warranty period may apply. Please refer to your product documentation or contact us for details.

 

3. What is NOT covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation of the glove from intended use.

Improper Use: Using the glove for an application it was not designed and rated for.

Improper Care: Damage from improper washing, drying, or storage (e.g., exposure to excessive heat or harsh chemicals).

Modification or Alteration: Any product that has been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Punctures or Cuts: As cut-resistant gloves are designed to reduce the risk of injury, not make the hand invincible, any puncture or cut that exceeds the glove's rated protection level is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Consumable Items: Gloves are considered consumable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and have a finite service life.

 

Return & Claim Process

 

1. How do I initiate a warranty or return claim?

Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

2. What information do I need to provide?

Please have the following ready:

Your original order number and invoice date.

The product name and item number.

A detailed description and clear photographs of the alleged defect.

Information about the application and conditions in which the glove was used.

 

3. What is the process after I file a claim?

Contact & RMA: You contact us, and we issue an RMA number if your claim is valid.

Inspection: You ship the product(s) in question back to us for technical inspection.

Assessment: Our quality control team will inspect the product to determine the root cause of the failure.

Resolution: Based on our findings, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund as per the warranty terms. We aim to resolve all valid claims promptly.

 

4. What about returns for non-defective products?

We do not generally accept returns for non-defective products. You know the cost is high for returning back. However, in cases of a genuine error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for a return and correct replacement at our expense.
