We strive to make the logistics and payment process as seamless and reliable as our work gloves. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding shipping methods and payment terms.


Shipping Information

1. Where do you ship from?

Our primary manufacturing and warehouse facilities are located in China.

2. What are your shipping methods?

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your timeline and budget requirements:

Express Courier: (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) – Ideal for samples and urgent orders. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Air Freight: A cost-effective balance between speed and price for larger orders. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

Sea Freight: The most economical choice for large volume orders and full container loads (FCL). Delivery typically takes 20-35 business days, depending on the destination port.

3. How long is your production lead time?

Standard Products: We have many styles in stock, we can ship them fast within 2-7 working days after order confirmation.

Customized/OEM Orders: Typically 15-30 working days, depending on the complexity (e.g., logo printing, custom colors, specific sizing).

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time until it arrives at your designated address.

5. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight/volume, shipping method, and destination. A detailed shipping quote will be provided with your formal invoice.

6. Do you handle customs clearance?

We have extensive experience in international export. We will prepare and provide all necessary commercial documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to assist you with the import customs clearance process in your country. We also can deal with the customs clearance and pay tax in customer’s country (DDP for some regions).


Payment Information

1. What are your accepted payment methods?

We offer secure and flexible payment options for our international clients:

T/T (Bank Transfer): Our most common method. We accept transfers in major currencies (USD, EUR, etc.).

PayPal/Western Union, etc.: Typically used for smaller payments or sample orders.

2. What are your standard payment terms?

For New Customers: 30% deposit with the purchase order, and the 70% balance before shipment.

For Repeat Customers & Established Partners: More flexible terms can be negotiated.

For Sample Orders: 100% payment is required upfront.

3. Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are handled with strict confidentiality and security. All bank details will be provided on our official proforma invoice.

4. Can I get a proforma invoice?

Yes. Once you confirm your order details (product models, quantities, shipping method), we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review and payment processing. The PI will clearly state all costs, payment terms, and delivery information.
