SIZA Safety GN3205 Film/Coated Durian Peeling Gloves - Puncture & Liquid Resistant
Product Name: SIZA Safety GN3205 Film/Coated Labor Protection Gloves
Product Category: General Working Gloves
Brand: SIZA Safety / Customized
Product Description: Film/Coated Labor Protection Gloves for Durian Peeling
Product Overview
SIZA Safety GN3205 film/coated labour protection gloves are purpose-built for durian peeling and other thorny-fruit handling. A thick, durable film/coating reinforced with a strong fabric liner creates a robust barrier against the hard spikes on durian shells, while a textured palm and fingertips keep grip secure on slippery, juicy surfaces. The non-porous coating resists fruit juices and odors and wipes clean easily, making these gloves a practical consumable for fruit vendors, supermarkets, food-processing lines and commercial kitchens. They are designed for gripping and peeling - not for cutting - so safe handling still requires proper cutting technique and pre-use inspection.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Puncture and Cut Protection: made from thick, durable film/coating materials rubber reinforced with a strong fabric liner. Provides a robust barrier against the extremely sharp, hard spikes on durian shells, preventing painful punctures and cuts to the hands and fingers.
Excellent Grip on Slippery Surfaces: textured or embossed palm and fingertips on the coating keep a secure hold on wet, juicy fruit.
Liquid and Odor Resistance: the non-porous, liquid-proof film coating blocks fruit juice penetration and helps suppress lingering odors.
Durable and Long-Lasting: heavy-duty construction with reinforced seams withstands the repeated stress and abrasion of handling and peeling multiple durians without tearing or wearing out quickly.
Easy to Clean and Maintain: the smooth, non-porous coating surface wipes down quickly between shifts.

Typical Applications
Primary Applications: durian peeling and thorny-fruit handling.
Durian Peeling and Processing: for fruit vendors, supermarkets and food processing facilities.
Commercial Fruit Preparation: handling other thorny or sticky tropical fruits.
Food Service and Catering: for restaurants and stalls preparing durian-based dishes.
Home Use: for consumers who frequently enjoy fresh durians at home.
Safety & Precautions
NOT KNIFE-PROOF: this is the most critical limitation. While offering excellent protection against spikes, these gloves are NOT designed to resist cuts from knives or sharp blades used to split open the durian shell.
LIMITED CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: while resistant to fruit juices and oils, the coating material may have limitations against certain solvents or strong cleaning agents - check compatibility if using with chemicals.
NOT FOR HIGH HEAT: the film coating can melt or degrade when exposed to high temperatures.
INSPECT BEFORE EACH USE: check for punctures, tears, cuts or coating damage before every use, and replace the gloves once the coating is compromised.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Are these GN3205 gloves knife-proof?
No. They protect against durian spikes, thorns and abrasions, but they are NOT knife-resistant. Always split the shell using proper cutting technique and never rely on these gloves to stop a blade.
Q2. Can they be used with chemicals or near heat?
Chemical resistance is limited - they resist fruit juices and oils, but compatibility with solvents or strong cleaning agents should be checked first. They are also not for high heat, as the film coating can melt or degrade.
Q3. How should the gloves be maintained?
The smooth, non-porous coating wipes clean easily. Inspect for punctures, tears, cuts or coating damage before every use and replace the pair once the coating is compromised.
Q4. Do you offer OEM/ODM and custom branding?
Yes - SIZA Safety supports brand customisation, custom logo and private-label packaging, with 300+ new products developed each year for global distributors.
