Aramid Aluminum Coat Heat Gloves S1254
Product Name: SIZA Safety S1254 500℃ Industrial Heat Resistant Gloves
Product Category: Heat Resistant Gloves
Brand: SIZA Safety/Customized
Product Description: Aramid Aluminum Coat 500℃ Industrial Heat Resistant Gloves
500°C Industrial Heat Resistant Gloves are essential PPE for heavy-duty thermal hazards. Their multi-layer, flame-resistant construction provides a critical shield against extreme conductive and radiant heat in metal, glass, and fire service industries. Their effectiveness hinges entirely on respecting their severe limitations: brief contact times, absolute avoidance of moisture, and relentless pre-use inspection.
More Feactures:
High-Performance Thermal Insulation: Constructed with specialized heat-resistant materials Aramid Aluminum Coat, often in a multi-layer design. Provides an effective barrier against both conductive and radiant heat up to 500°C (932°F), significantly delaying heat transfer to the skin.
Flame & Spark Resistance: Made from inherently non-combustible materials. The outer shell will not ignite, melt, or drip when exposed to flames, sparks, or molten metal splashes, maintaining its protective integrity.
Durability & Abrasion Resistance: Reinforced palm, fingertips, and stitching using high-temperature resistant threads. Withstands the physical abrasion and wear from handling rough, hot industrial materials like bricks, refractory pieces, or metal components.
Usage Scenarios / Applications:
Primary Applications
Metal & Foundry Work: Handling hot molds, castings, ingots, and furnace doors.
Glass Manufacturing & Ceramics: Handling hot glass panels, kiln furniture, and ceramic ware.
Welding & Fabrication: Handling pre-heated metal parts, hot slag, and for general hot work support.
Firefighting & Emergency Services: For overhaul operations and handling hot debris.
Industrial Furnace & Oven Maintenance.
Important Precautions / Warnings
UNDERSTAND THE RATING: The 500°C rating is for VERY BRIEF, INCIDENTAL CONTACT ONLY. Heat penetrates the glove over time. Prolonged contact, even at lower temperatures, will cause burns.
NOT for Molten Metal Immersion: While resistant to splashes, they are NOT designed for immersion or prolonged contact with molten metal (e.g., aluminum, steel).
Compromised by Moisture: NEVER use if wet or damp. Trapped moisture turns to steam instantly upon contact with heat, causing severe scalding burns. Store in a dry place.
Mandatory Pre-Use Inspection: Before each use, inspect thoroughly for any damage: holes, tears, cracks in the coating, shiny/thin spots, or separated seams. A damaged glove is a FAILED glove. Replace it immediately.
Strict Time Discipline: Always have a "cool zone" planned. If you feel any warmth (a "heat pulse") through the glove, stop immediately and allow the glove to cool completely.
