Product Name: SIZA Safety S1226B Butyl Isolator Gloves

Product Category: Isolator gloves

Brand: SIZA Safety/Customized

Product Description: 80cm Long Industrial Black Butyl Rubber Isolator Gloves

Butyl Rubber Glove Box Gloves are critical engineered components that provide an impermeable, sealed interface between an operator and a hazardous or controlled internal environment. Their core value lies in preserving system integrity—preventing both the escape of hazardous materials and the ingress of contaminants. They are a vital part of a primary containment system, not standalone PPE.

More Feactures:

Chemical Resistance

The chemical resistance of the S1226B gloves means that they are resistant to a wide range of chemicals, providing users with reliable protection. This feature makes these gloves particularly useful in chemical processing and laboratory work, where there is frequent exposure to a wide range of potentially harmful chemicals.

Abrasion and Oil Resistance

Abrasion and oil resistance are two other key features of the S1226B glove. Abrasion resistance ensures durability when used on rough surfaces, while oil resistance means that the gloves are resistant to the effects of grease and other petroleum products.

Low Temperature Flexibility

At low temperatures, many materials become weak and brittle. However, the S1226B glove retains its flexibility even at low temperatures, a huge advantage for those working in cold environments.

Usage Scenarios / Applications:

Primary Applications

Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology: Handling potent compounds in isolators.

Semiconductor Manufacturing: Processing sensitive materials in controlled, ultraclean environments.

Chemical Research & Development: Working with air-sensitive, moisture-sensitive, or highly toxic compounds.

Aerospace & Battery Research: Handling materials in dry or inert atmospheres.

Important Precautions / Warnings

NOT a General-Purpose Glove: This is a specialized, system-integrated safety component. It is NOT designed for standalone use outside its designated containment system.

Chemical Compatibility is NOT Universal: Butyl has excellent broad-spectrum resistance, but ALWAYS verify compatibility with the specific chemicals used inside the enclosure.

MANDATORY INTEGRITY TESTING: The glove and its seal MUST be leak-tested regularly (e.g., pressure decay test) as part of the glove box/isolator's operational protocol.

Understand Pressure & Mechanical Limits: Be aware of the system's operating pressure differentials. Avoid sharp tools or excessive force that could puncture the glove.

Visual & Tactile Inspection: Before each use, inspect gloves for signs of damage: cracks, cuts, swelling, stiffness, or discoloration. Pay special attention to the critical sealing area around the glove ring/port.
